RIBA Stage 3, designed against the existing fabric and structure with services routing strategies that respect the building's heritage character while delivering current-spec ventilation, comfort cooling, lighting and electrical infrastructure.
Public-Sector Office Estate — Plant Upgrade Programme
£1.5m of capital plant upgrade design and oversight across the FY 2025/26 programme for an undisclosed public-sector client's office estate. Strategic HVAC plant replacement, communications-room AC upgrades, and the wider planned-replacement programme that follows from the multi-year condition-survey work.
Mechanical Maintenance Contract Monitoring & Auditing
Ongoing monthly consultancy, auditing and management of the HEVAC maintenance contract serving the public-sector office estate. Spec compliance evidence, contractor scoring, escalation routing, and the technical advice that the maintenance contractor and the client both lean on.
